8 INCENTIVES & REWARDS         
Entry to any of the above is at your discretion and remains your responsibility at all times. It will remain your responsibility to declare any applicable taxes for these to your relevant income tax authority. You should not enter any initiative for reward if it is likely deemed as bribery and not in the best interests of any customer that you serve. Equator Learning will not be liable for the provision of any awards, prizes or rewards unless specifically stated at the outset. By default it is accepted that any initiative is subject to entry criteria set by the provider and is non-transferable, non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.
 
9 INDEMNITY

10 SEVERANCE
